ENTRY 12

Uwuw it has been 12 post since the day 1. For this entry, I will share about smart builder. By using smart builder we can teach the students and makes the lesson more interesting to get their attention in class. Smart builder is different from powtoon because we need to download the apps first because using it, but for powtoon we can just use in online. Moreover, we also can create our own theme and things that we want to include in it as long as our the students are able to answer the questions provided. Unfortunately, some of us are not able to try to do in in class because our PC does not have the apps. Despite that, we still can see how other classmates did it. For this assessment, we need to form a group of four. We choose to do the "Syntax" as our topic and the target students are among the semesters one students of Diploma. Our theme would be halloween which for us it is quiet interesting and cute. We are still work on in the making of this lesson, since Madam said that she will guide us in class if there are any problems during the making process.

ENTRY 11

For the types of instructional design, my group got the "Dick and Carey"'s topic. Things that we need to do are create a poster about the model and create a quiz. In the poster we put some of the information about the model for instance the definition, who created the model, the year it was created and the stages in the model. The model was created by Walter Dick, Lou Carey and James Carey. There are ten steps in the Dick and Carey model. Since this is a group work, we had decided to divide the task to everyone to make it fair. As for the poster, quiz and presentation it will be different people to do it. Everyone plays their role in making this task work. As what had been told in class, we need to use the "Kahoot" apps which for the quiz session and for the poster we can edit it in "Canva". After the presentation, we played some quiz based on the model. The questions were easy to answer as majority of my classmates managed to answer it correctly. Even though it was my first time creating the quiz by using the Kahoot, I was able to do it successfully without making any mistakes.

ENTRY 10

Instructional design, this is the new topic that we learnt in class today. Instructional design is a system process that is employed to develop education and training programs in a consistent and reliable fashion or in other words it may be thought of as a framework for developing modules or lessons. This design involves creating computer courseware for learning, the courseware acts as supplement or to support to lesson and not as a complete replacement. Moreover, this design also focus on the learner not the teacher for example what the learner's need to learn. The outcomes from this design is what the learner should achieves at the end of the learning. They are many types of instructional design which are addie model, gagne 9 events, dick and carey, rapid prototyping, guaranreed learning, ASSURE and ARCS model. Madam Azidatun taught and explained to us about the addie model, the definition and the functions of it. For the other types of the instructional design, everyone need to do it in a group and explain about the models in next class.

ENTRY 9

As everyone had already uploaded their campaign powtoon's video on the youtube channel, we were enjoyed ourselves watching all the campaign videos during the class session. There were many interesting videos that they created. Some of my classmates are so talented and creative in making the video and they also got the unique voice over which for me, I think it was really suits to be use in the video. Since it was only one hour class, we managed to watch all the campaign video together. I am so thankful for my teammates because they gave commitment in making our campaign video successful. Even though we need to record the audio for many time because of the noise from the surrounding, they still can do it without any complaint. At the end, all the hard works are paid off. Thank you guys!

ENTRY 8

Hiii helloooooo, I'm back! Last week we need to do the "My Life's Goals" video. For this week, what we need to do is to create an awareness campaign about something that people might think that it is not something serious. We need to do it in a group of three which my teammates are Aisyah and Adha. Recently we heard about the turtle died because of eating the plastic bag in the ocean. This is due to the people behaviors that love to throw all the plastic bag in the ocean. So, we had decided to create an awareness about bring their own shopping bag every time they want to buy things at the grocery store, shopping malls or many other places. We knew that if we go to this places, they will provides us with the plastic bag which need to take many years to destroy it. In the beginning of our awareness video, we decided to introduce a character name Z. Throughout the video he did explained about the disadvantages of using the plastic bag which can be harmful to the animals especially to those who live in the ocean. We also emphasized the advantages of using their own shopping bag. For instance, they can wash it, the shopping bag is more spacious and else. Not to forget, for this video we need to record our own audio for the storyteller. It was quiet interesting doing the editing and stuffs :)
